Zebra BASIC Interpreter (ZBI)

Extend the power and capabilities of Zebra label, tag and ticket printers using Zebra BASIC Interpreter (ZBI). This new extremely versatile control language allows programmers to fully customise the operation and control of ZBI-enabled Zebra printers. ZBI works in conjunction with Zebra Programming Language (ZPL II), Zebra's original printer command and control language.

It allows for stand-alone operation of Zebra printers, a direct interface to peripheral devices, interpretation and translation of foreign and proprietary data streams, data logging and Internet networking support for TCP/IP and email messaging. ZBI is easy to learn, uses simple commands, and is fast and powerful. It enhances ZPL II and expands the applications in which ZPL II can serve.
